We cut mild steel and aluminum up to 25 mm, stainless steel up to 20 mm and brass up to 5 mm on a fiber laser — from material in our stock or supplied by you.
Our plant is in Janikowo, just outside Poznań in western Poland — about 440 km from Malmö in a straight line. Companies from Malmö send us drawings by e-mail, approve the quote and receive finished parts without visiting the plant. We cut parts for the automotive, machinery, construction, furniture and signage industries.
Laser cutting is only the first step: we also bend, CNC mill and turn, grind, engrave, coat and measure the parts (CMM and 3D scanner). A finished component leaves one plant, and one supplier is responsible for its final dimensions.
Before cutting, we nest the parts on the sheet to minimize scrap — a narrow kerf and tight nesting lower the price per part. The operator sets the cutting sequence and laser power so that thin parts do not distort from heat.
